Since 2010, we have rendered legal assistance to national and foreign engineering companies, site inspection, construction and concession in various fields during the entire contractual stage, since its creation as legal structure, entry into the Public Works Registry or Special Registers; participation in bidding processes: awarding, implementation, operation and acceptance, Provisional and Completion Act (PSP and PSD by its Spanish acronym), guarantee and liquidation and related issues, according to the requirements of our customers, all state administration bodies, public companies and private sector(mining, energy) and related institutions, in all sorts of public and private works, such as roads, railways, airports, ports, hydraulic systems, reservoirs, hospitals, building, among others.
